Thank you for taking the time to visit our site.  Let me take a minute to tell you why we decided to start the Practical Reliability Group.   Having worked with many of the large process industries like refining, chemicals, paper and steel, we have learned what is practical and what is not with respect to reliability improvement.   We stress the word practical because in our experience over the past two decades, we have seen a number of methods and techniques that on the surface sound beneficial but when you try to apply them in the field they are too cumbersome or difficult to implement. 

Our vision for PRG is to provide services and tools that will provide an immediate benefit to your facility.  For example, most plants experience millions of dollars of loss every year related to unplanned equipment failures.  Learning from failure is the cornerstone of a learning organization.  At PRG, we specialize in Root Cause Analysis methods that are simple to understand and easy to implement.  Utilizing the field-tested PROACT® Methodology, our clients have saved millions of dollars eliminating costly equipment and process failures.
